Taking Initial Round of Interviews -Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes searching/sourcing potential candidates, short listing them in accordance with the requirement from the various sources viz. database, referrals, networking etc-Initial technical screening of candidates with a fair measure of accuracy.Interacting with candidates, give them a preview about the company, the interview process & the roles & responsibilities-Scheduling Interviews as per the Hiring Manager specifications, intimating the shortlisted candidates about the interviews-Follow up with the Hiring manager and for feedback-Maintaining the Database.
