This solution supports dynamic process modeling, enhanced orchestration, and seamless integration across services. Additionally, it includes advanced features such as API registration and script registration, enabling flexible automation and centralized control over service logic.* contributed to the development of a Contact Center Experience application, integrating an AI-powered chatbot to efficiently handle customer queries, reducing the need for agent intervention and improving response times. Additionally, I implemented live transcript features for real-time monitoring of customer-agent conversations and developed Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) logic to manage WebSocket connections, enhancing communication and system performance* Designed, developed, and automated the process of Kubernetes (K8s) cluster configuration, orchestrating and managing hundreds of Kubernetes clusters in a private cloud production environment. Implemented Day 2 operations, including automated mechanisms for adding tenants, roles, registries, IP pools, and namespaces, as well as supporting cluster upgrades and lifecycle management.* Led the migration from a legacy monolithic service to a container-based microservices architecture, improving scalability, flexibility, and deployment efficiency.** Contributed as part of the core engineering team that built the world’s first fully virtualized and automated Radio Access Network (RAN), setting a new industry benchmark for telecom infrastructure modernization.
