Designed and implemented a solution for Europe’s largest bottling company to optimize Accounts Payable operations. Increased automatic invoice posting from 22% to 40% while reducing FTE requirements. The initiative involved digitalizing invoices through ServiceNow APO using AP Capture powered by Azure Document Intelligence API, enriching invoice data with master and transactional data from the ERP system, and leveraging Azure GenAI for purchase order line-item matching. The final enriched invoices were seamlessly integrated back into the ERP system.2. Designed and implemented Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations for a U.S-based university, significantly improving user experience and reducing overall cycle time. Led the design of custom punchouts on ServiceNow prior to the availability of out-of-the-box punchout functionality, integrating multiple suppliers—most notably Amazon Business as the largest punchout provider.The solution covered purchase requisitions, approval workflows, automated purchase order generation, and ServiceNow Procurement Operations (SPO) integration with the ERP for downstream processing. This initiative enabled a guided buying experience for biomedical technicians, enhancing employee satisfaction while simultaneously strengthening governance and process rigor.
