This initiative, part of the Financial Crimes & Fraud Management Group (F & FMG), aims to implement a North American Claims Target Operating Model. The U.S. claims management application, named Claim Resolution Log (CRL), will encompass all U.S. products and include claim initiation and processing, as well as claims loss reporting for regulatory tracking. In 2022, CRL Reporting was updated for CRL Credit reporting, resulting in report implementation on a separate platform and the addition of a new MAL code (CRLR). The reporting solution provided operational, loss, and regulatory reports.
