   Role: Part of Global Proposal team working as manager /supervisor for the most diverse and intelligent team of ~8 people who mainly support the APAC & EMEA poles with more than $50M monthly proposal volume at peak.Project Type- supporting projects starting from the small to large and Global mega project Scope- covering the industrial automation portfolio (DCS, ESD / F&G Systems, SCADA, PLC, RTU, Terminal Automation and Industrial Software) as well as Telecom and security packages Supporting the P&E KPI - Workload Planning, Utilization, Productivity, OTD, Cycle Time, Intake Value & Volume, Proposal Quality / VOC, Conversion, People Leadership, AOP / Sales Growth, BTI Support)Proposal and estimation activity- Proposal Focal: Qualify opportunities, plan proposals and allocate resource. Deliver best-in-class sales support in timely manner- Review: RFQ review, scope definition, solutioning, estimation, R&O, costing, optimization, proposal write-ups, approvals and all P&E tasks- Estimation/ Costing and review: Estimate of first-party hardware, software, manpower, T&L and other scopes. Calculate project costs, work with LOB & Sales on technical and pricing strategy.Extracurricular- Driving the lean initiative, look and identify the Muda\'s in process, in order to drive this further and continue initiating the kaizen weekly meeting/session in the team, where everyone can suggest even small improvement ideas, brainstorm and vetted to make it as a process.
