I am working for a offshore client in Human Capital Management domain.• Unified 3 Legacy Wizards into 1 config driven wizard. This wizard plays a crucial role in onboarding new employee for more than active users of the Product. Utlized React-Hook-Form to handle complex forms.• Created a Unified Invite Wizard for both paid and unpaid workers.• Created Newhire List page to incrementally lazy load new records on basis of scroll event. Implemented debounced search, column wise sorting in same page which is used by 1-2 millon active users.• Implemented different workflows in Position Assignment and Professional Training Apps.• Created Person Profile app from scratch which contains Assets, Conduct Dialog and Coaching releated pages.• Added new components in native library to support international phone and currency.
