Summary: Responsible for Product Management, Consulting, Delivery, Financials and Customer Relationships Management of several IT projects across multiple technologies (ERP SAP, Business Analytics & Microsoft SharePoint) for multiple clients across various service lines (Tax, CBS Advisory and Markets). GetOnToTheCloud Transformation Program:($5m)- Product managed the transformation project related to sunset of legacy system & adopting a cloud only strategy for EY- This program in the Microsoft SharePoint Technology space migrated 3k legacy SharePoint sites, sitting on legacy on-premise infrastructure to cloud over a 24 months duration- Program objective: Net savings of $500k on year on year basis for the firm (EY) by virtue of successful implementation of the program. Cloud Platform Analytics- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and reporting existing cloud usage metrics and to do an analysis of available data for reporting to Sr. Management- Recommend options for enhancing the productivity of platform- Generate relevant Power BI reports for Sr. Management and feed to a live Analytics Dashboard Internet Of Things (iOT) Activities- Responsible for certification and launch of new products and Apps on Mobile (both Android & iOS) devices, through thorough assessment and remediation of risks and vulnerabilities within SPO- Collaborate with cross functional teams and EY leadership team using collaboration tools like Yammer to increase the reach of App usage within the firm.
