   As a Program Coordinator, I am responsible for planning and organizing various program activities and events, including the International Student Welcome (ISW) and Taste of the World. These events aim to provide students with unique opportunities to engage with their peers and experience diverse cultures from around the world. In addition to event planning, I also formulate and organize fun activities from the international center to foster a sense of community and promote cultural exchange. As part of my role, I closely monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, track outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments. This allows me to ensure that the programs we offer are meeting the needs of our students and achieving their intended goals. Another key aspect of my role is managing the program budget. I closely monitor expenses and allocate funds according to the financial limits, ensuring that our programs are financially sustainable while still providing students with high-quality experiences. I also assist the department personnel with the new hire process in the department by reviewing resumes. Overall, I am passionate about my work as a Program Coordinator and am committed to creating meaningful and enriching experiences for the students I serve.
