Thus far created 8 Bots that have impacted 85-100% efficiency from Hire to Retire stage.• Responsible for large scale deployment of policies through technology solutions. • Integrating apps and platforms to drive employee experience through self-service, improving recruiting and cutting cycle times by 36%, and reducing talent acquisition expenses. • Leading the effort of establishing Shared Services roadmap across all functions of HR.
