I am a dynamic professional with 3+ years of experience in auditing various industries. Having been a part of Big 4, I have managed a team of 10-12 professionals. My geographical experience includes working with teams in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Uk & Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Australia. I have co-ordinated with various teams to highlight issues noted with respect to Accounting, Compliance & Disclosures in Financial Statements & Internal Controls. I have built strong stakeholder relationships through value addition, knowledge sharing and inter personal relations. Having worked in external audit of various sectors, my experience is mainly centered around Technology, Media and Retail industries. I am trained in carrying out audits using data driven approach while providing a deeper understanding of the operational and am knowledgeable in performing audits using data analytics. I am in the progress of obtaining ACCA membership alongside working with the aim to broaden my horizons and provide more value to the work I do. I have won awards for providing quality audits to clients and going above and beyond my duties and also for team leadership. I have been a part of team building initiatives organized by management to boost team morale and belongingness. I am currently pursuing certifications across topics to gain a deeper understanding of financial data analysis. I am also equipped with basic understanding of US Taxation System through a short term rotation to the Global Compliance & Reporting Team at EY.
