Graduate in Computer Applications from Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, with a strong interest in Information Security. I hold the CISEH (Certified Information Security & Ethical Hacking) certification, approved by CRISIL, which strengthened my foundation in security principles and ethical practices.I began my professional journey with Wipro Technologies through the Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP). Following training, I was assigned to DELL EMC as a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer, specializing in RecoverPoint, where I gained hands-on experience in enterprise storage and data protection solutions.I later progressed into a Senior Technical Support Engineer role, where I mentored L1 and L2 engineers, conducted training for new joiners, managed day-to-day team operations, and handled critical escalations. Ensuring high customer satisfaction has always been a top priority in my approach to support and leadership.Subsequently, I worked as a Customer Success Engineer II at Rubrik, supporting both on-premises and cloud workloads, further expanding my expertise in modern data management and cloud technologies.Currently, I am working as a Technical Support Engineer at Cohesity, continuing to build deep expertise in data protection, troubleshooting complex environments, and delivering reliable customer-focused solutions.
