As Manager HR, I play a crucial role in supporting the HR department\'s strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient management of HR functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS:PAYROLL & TIME MANAGEMENT:• Oversee payroll processing ensuring 100% accuracy and timely salary disbursement• Maintain comprehensive time office systems and employee attendance records• Process reimbursements including medical, incentives, and advancesRECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION:• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding• Utilize multiple recruitment channels: head hunting, advertisements, walk-ins, employee referrals, job portalsEMPLOYEE RELATIONS & ENGAGEMENT:• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity• Serve as interface between employees and management for effective grievance resolutionTRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:• Identify training needs and facilitate development programs• Coordinate induction programs for newly recruited employeesHRIS MANAGEMENT:• Maintain and update HR Information System ensuring accurate employee data• Generate comprehensive HR reports and analytics for management review• Handle HR costing reconciliation and presentation preparationCOMPLIANCE & POLICIES:• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures• Coordinate with government departments (ESIC, EPF) for smooth operationsSkills: Human Resources · Recruitment · Employee Relations · Payroll Management · HRIS · Training & Development · Compliance Management
