Having around 3+ years of experience as Production support in Microsoft Azure environment and System Administrator in the Windows platform- Experience in working on Microsoft’s largest learning platform MS Learn (learn.microsoft.com)- Working with Azure, ARM Template, ICM, Git, PowerShell, Key Vault, Catchpoint, and Jarvis to support the entire infrastructure- Having knowledge in CI/CD Tool Chain - Azure DevOps- Experience in IaaS and PaaS and good knowledge of SaaS as well- Involved in Disaster recovery drills for all the services- Having a sound knowledge of Incident Management and Application Support- Performing Patching Activities on a Monthly basis for both On-prem and Azure servers- Providing 24/7 on-call support to maintain over 40+ Production and pre-production instances- Remote login to virtual machines to troubleshoot, monitor health status, and deploy applications- As a Live Site engineer, we handle the configuration of VM using ARM templates and worker roles, Key -Vault, AAD, and Traffic Manager in the Azure portal- Managing day-to-day activity of the cloud environment and supporting different teams with their requirements- Health checks of all the services and take necessary actions if anything is wrong (Like Taking dumps, recycling the instances and web apps, etc)- Having experience in working with Azure teams for all types of issues and getting the resolution on time- Monitoring outside-in and inside-out monitoring sources for Builds, GitHub, AppInsights, MSDN, TechNet- Channel9, MVP sites, and several other child properties within the system- Good knowledge of Azure services like App service, Application Insight, KeyVault, GitHub, Certificate rotations, and Patching.
