As a key member of the Litigation Management team at Jacobs, I play a pivotal role in supporting global litigation efforts. My responsibilities encompass:Legal Assistance: I provide comprehensive support in preparing for mediations, arbitrations, and litigations worldwide, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.Liaison: I collaborate with outside counsels and vendors to streamline document reviews, identify potential risks, and uncover valuable documents for ongoing litigations.Vendor Management: I efficiently manage eDiscovery vendors, specializing in query resolution, second-level QC, and data hosting.Data Management: I oversee Electronically Stored Information (ESI) using tools like Reveal, Logikcull, and Relativity to process, review, and produce data as required.Document Review: With subject matter expertise in construction litigation, I review documents related to high-stakes matters such as design defects, personal injury, class action suits, shareholder derivative suits, agency investigations, breach of contracts, subpoena responses, expert witness requests, and other global legal issues.Cross-functional Collaboration: I work closely with diverse teams within the organization to drive projects forward and achieve key milestones.
