About Prakhar Agarwal
Rooted in a humanities background where I explored history, political science, mathematics, economics, and literature, I developed a deep curiosity for understanding systems—both ancient and modern. That curiosity now drives my pursuit of a BSc (Hons) in Statistics, where I’ve grown to appreciate the power of data in shaping real-world narratives.My transition from humanities to statistics hasn’t been a departure, but a fusion—pairing analytical thinking with storytelling, public speaking, and perspective-shifting. Through experiences in debating, project-based social initiatives, and team-led management roles, I’ve cultivated strong research, leadership, and communication skills. As the Logistics Head for the Ramjas Debating Society, I take care of the technical aspects of the society including the Back end software development and debate platform setup (Calico Tab, Discord, WhatsApp). Under this role I also serve as the TAB Director for the society and also for tournaments organised by other societies, ensuring the setup of debating software (CalicoTab, etc.) and smooth running of tournaments.
