I am a sustainability and ESG professional with over a decade of experience spanning infrastructure execution, public sector regulation, ESG analytics, financial institutions, and consulting advisory.My career combines on-ground operational experience with policy formulation, ESG risk integration, and advisory work, allowing me to bridge the gap between sustainability frameworks and real-world implementation.I have worked across sectors including infrastructure, energy, transportation, and agri-value chains, with a strong focus on ESG risks, labour and social compliance, climate considerations, and governance systems. My experience includes ESG ratings, borrower ESG risk assessment for financial institutions, ESG/BRSR reporting, waste audits, GHG oversight, and environmental and social due diligence (ESIA/ESDD).I have also been closely involved in designing and operationalising ESG systems, including web-based ESG rating tools for lenders, development of ESG reporting SOPs, and supporting organisational scale-up through training and process standardisation.Having worked with and been assessed by institutions such as IFC and ADB, I bring a strong understanding of lender expectations, international safeguards, and sustainable finance requirements.I am particularly interested in roles and engagements at the intersection of sustainable finance, ESG risk management, climate and social safeguards, and responsible business practices, where sustainability can meaningfully influence decision-making and long-term value creation.
