I also serve as a liaison for respiratory therapy programs at Johnson County Community College, Kansas City Kansas Community College, and Concorde College, ensuring strong partnerships that support clinical education and training.I have a long-standing commitment to advancing respiratory care, demonstrated through initiatives like creating the Weaning Coordinator position, which resulted in improved weaning rates. I have also been instrumental in providing free CEUs for respiratory therapists since 2008, ensuring ongoing professional development for my team.
