I currently lead my own business consulting practice focused on enabling companies to grow through strategic clarity, operational excellence, and customer-centric approaches.Until recently, I served as the Country General Manager for CHEP India, where I had the opportunity to guide the business through key transformation initiatives, including its successful merger into LEAP India Pvt. Ltd. At CHEP, I held diverse leadership roles including Commercial Director, Head of E-commerce & Account Management, and National S & OP Manager. These roles shaped my perspective on scalable business models and the value of collaborative, people-focused leadership.I continue to engage with the broader industry ecosystem through policy forums and thought leadership—particularly in the areas of supply chain efficiency and the evolving National Logistics Policy.Prior to CHEP, I worked at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, where I gained early exposure to large-scale industrial operations. I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA in Operations Management from SPJIMR.Through my consulting work, I now support organizations that are looking to navigate growth, strengthen their commercial and supply chain strategies, and build high-performing teams.
