Seasoned Energy Professional with over 25 years+ of experience, spanning across energy value chain. My professional journey has taken me through diverse project execution modes ( OBE, EPCM, PMC & EPC) overseeing high capital projects both domestically and on the global stage.Commencing my career with a focus on the design and engineering of process-fired equipment for applications in petrochemicals and refineries, I have evolved into a versatile professional. During this professional journey, I have honed my skills in various facets of project executions ( engineering & project management, procurement, vendor development & evaluation, execution and quality assurance) and had numerous opportunities of successfully applying these competencies across both green / brown field projects.A trailblazer in modular-based execution, I played a pivotal role in developing the initial modular guidelines within my department while actively engaging with renowned international vendors having fabrication workshops. Having executed several projects adopting the concept of Modularization has enriched my expertise in this project execution strategy. My strategic thinking and analytical mindset have contributed significantly to various initiatives encompassing decarbonization, energy optimization, city development, steel sectors, and the implementation of enterprise resource applications to name a few. Serving as the Business Development Champion for South East Asia, I engaged with the leadership teams of Client companies, successfully exploring and capitalizing on potential business opportunities. My efforts in securing the company\'s enlistment with licensor/s for the niche product category yielded positive outcomes.I am a team builder and thrive in challenging roles and responsibilities. An avid reader with excellent communication skills, I excel in cross-cultural, system-driven, and ethical environments. I believe in the mantra of creativity, innovations and adaptability. My special interests lie in decarbonized and sustainable pathways. I also had the privilege of sharing my thoughts with the industry in conferences of international repute.I hold an Executive MBA ( Strategy, Marketing & Business Development) from India\'s premier business school, the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. My academic journey includes a degree with distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, India. Furthermore, I have completed a Green Energy Technology & Strategies Certification Course from the prestigious IIT Bombay.
