In IBM Qradar \\ Cisco Stealth-watch hand on experience in offenses handling based on severity,creating report, check the devices status in log sources, add decommission device innot in use group, add IOC’s in reference-able. Knowledge to manage rule on Qradar & Cisco Stealth-watch as per requirement. Monitor and ensure All Integrated devices are reporting. Escalate and intimate in case of not reporting. Provide support to analysis & investigate cloud app & one drive alerts. Provide support to phishing mail investigation. Hand on experience in ticketing tool upgrade. Implemented SMAX process for ticketing tool to reduce SLA. Provide support to evidence collection & attend client audits.
