I’m a telecom engineering professional with over 14 years of experience in designing, optimizing, and managing 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G SA/NSA networks across India. I\'ve worked with some of the biggest names in telecom—Airtel, Ericsson, Jio, Tata, and MTS—driving high-performance, KPI-focused operations that consistently deliver reliable connectivity and strong customer satisfaction.Currently leading cluster operations at Bharti Airtel, I manage the entire lifecycle of network performance for 2G/4G/5G in one of Rajasthan’s busiest zones. From daily KPI improvement to launch readiness, I ensure the network runs better every day. I’ve also handled TRAI/DoT audits (OADT, IDT) and led compliance reporting directly impacting regulatory quality scores.
