About Prakash Shesh
I am an experienced (over 30 years) management trainer who has done his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (in 1974 with Marketing & Finance specialisations) after completing my Masters\' in Physics from IIT New Delhi (in 1972). Was Divisional Manager at Tata International Ltd for 10 years before starting my own firm CREATIVE BUSINESS TECHNIQUES at Nagpur, in 1984. Have conducted over 700 management programmes (counting only those of duration 1 day or more) for working executives, managers & students. I also train individuals (including senior managers) one on one either personally or on SKYPE to improve their performance in personal interviews(achieved spectacular results). We are market leaders in administering 9 different ONLINE psychometric tests to managers and students to assess different aspects of their personality. I have devised and executed a 60 hours signature programme for graduating batches of leading B schools and engineering colleges across the country (covering over students in last 10 years)- this prepares them for corporate placement interviews. I am a prolific writer and have published over 300 articles in leading dailies like TOI, ET and Hitavada. Was District Governor (2002-03) of Rotary International (District 3030) covering entire Eastern Maharashtra. I am a popular key note speaker wedded to humour and rationality. Music, Cricket, Badminton and Brisk walking are my interests.
