Looking after software developments related to Retail Assets i.e. Clients self digital journeys of Credit Cards, Personal, Business Loan, Working Capital Loan, Digi OD, Loan Against Securities through mobile banking and net banking.* Liaising with business, Vendor & IT teams for requirements gathering for new/ongoing projects.* Preparation of Business Requirement Specification (BRS) and Process Flows.* Coordinate for all stages of project development including system design, development, testing, training, roll out and post-implementation support.* Monitor end-to-end execution of assigned projects to ensure quality deliverables while meeting the project deadlines and escalate issues to IT/Business and seek timely resolution.* Coordination with various departments, User Groups, IT developers & vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement.* Preparing a gap analysis in case of solutions provided by multiple vendors and assist in vendor evolution.* Building Test plan, Case scenario and documenting the same.* Functional and Integration testing of mobile /web application. Bug Reporting in BUGZILLA / JIRA and ensuring that each requirement documented in the FSD has been developed and tested.* Stakeholder communication & alignment of project status/issues via review meetings and update tracker sheets.* Update the status report of the issues reported. Review of bug list.* Work with internal teams to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.* Through analysis for system issues faced and provides effective solutions.
