ABOUT PRAKASH PANDEY

I am a qualified Sales & Business Development professional who has managed Sales operations in different organizations. I have more than Eight years of experience in Hospitality industry. This experience has been gained while working in various different work environments in the Northern, Sothern and North-Eastern regions of India. I have an amiable nature and possess excellent people skills. This allows me to deal with challenging situations in a clam manner. I fully understand that an organization’s success depends on the quality of its Sales & Business Development of the company and realize the important role of the Sales & Marketing to maximization of revenue part & positioning of the brand. I pay attention to details and analyze situations to provide the best advice/ solutions to the Management on business growth & positioning the product. In all the organizations that I have worked, I have shared very good working relationships with all colleagues including senior colleagues in management positions. I am good at new market exploration that can provide challenges, and in taking thoughtful preemptive action. I am also good at relationship management & negotiation skill and have played this role on several occasions throughout my career. I am a very keen learner, and always make a conscious effort to upgrade my skills. Over the years, and with the opportunity of working in various organizations, I have built a sizeable professional network which has been very useful in finding and adopting best practices and benchmarks in the field.
