Life that was going hither and thither, quite erratic, needed a gentle and sure mode of discipline. This was end of 1989. On 07 January 1990, I took to meditation under Sahaj Marg, now going its majestic rounds in the garb of Heartfulness, attracting millions of souls towards it. Life began changing in the desired direction. Then slipped into the role of a trainer, guided and permitted by the Guide of those days, Revered Chari ji, and this has given me precious opportunity to travel far and wide, interact with people of various genre and learn from one another. This has been the journey, and this is the job-description.
