Role Summary: Responsible for conducting quality checks of finished goods (FG) in the Homecare category (such as detergents, dish wash, surface cleaners, etc.) on the packing/production line. Ensures that only quality-compliant products are released for dispatch.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-line inspections during FG packing/production in the Homecare department.Ensure that final products meet defined quality parameters (appearance, weight, sealing, labeling, batch coding, etc.).Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene standards on the shop floor.Identify and report any non-conformance or deviations in real-time.Verify proper functioning of packing machinery and automated QC devices (e.g, checkweighers, metal detectors).Maintain batch-wise inspection reports and FG clearance records.Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.Ensure traceability and compliance as per SOPs and regulatory standards.Train line operators on defect identification and product handling.
