Job Description:• Organizing, scheduling and planning of supply as per execution plan.• Monitoring Procurement of all supply items.• Coordination with various vendors for timely supply.• Coordinate with supplier & finance team for establishing Letter of Credit (LC).• Coordinate with inspecting agencies for arranging inspection of desired material.• Provide documents for inspection to surveyor, reviewing inspection report and assuring that material is technically acceptable for purchasing.• Prepare manufacturing clearance, Dispatch & invoicing instruction.• Coordination with supplier to prepare way bill requisition format and coordinate with taxation team for arranging way bill to supplier.• Ensuring receipt of material as per supply scope.• Maintaining records of manufacturing clearance, fabrication clearance, inspection reports, dispatch instruction etc.• Coordinate with Engineering Department, Customer & End client for Drawings & documents approval.• To validate invoices pertaining to price variation (PV) and inspecting agencies.
