Reporting to Product Development HeadPursuing research on key ingredients, leaveningagents, emulsifiers, stabilizers of the products inthe assigned category with several lab trials.Conducting benchmark study with respect tocompetitors in the assigned category.Design and development of new products withinapplicable analytical procedures to productprototypes, on-going experimental designs, costcalculation and scale-up finished products.Liaising with cross-functional teams includingfinance, purchase, operations, marketing andquality assurance for the new product launches.Assist in developing packing material based onWTR & OVTR, moisture, fat, water activity andother proximate analysis as per AOAC methods.Responsible to perform sensory analysis of testproducts and finished products and recording alltechnical documents & specifications of all NPDrelated activities.Responsible to study product stability againstheat, light & shelf life with storage conditions andvendor development for new products.Coordinating AMC for Lab & Lab equipment\'s ofExtensograph, Farinograph, Alveograph, SKC,RVA, Water activity, Hot air oven, Single deckoven, pH meter, Refractometer, Texture Analyzeretc.
