Manage a team responsible for building a next-gen oil & gas production system that the operators will use to maximize equipment performance, reduce downtime and meet production targets for lowering operating costs. Successfully supported over 100+ custom built applications for Permian, Eagle Ford, and Bakken assets and reduced operational support issues by more than 50% with only two developers. Presented a Field BOT idea to ConocoPhillips CIO, SVP, and Innovation Manager at a Shark tank show as part of the 2018 Digital Symposium event. Participated in events like Mendix Hackathon and App in a Day to improve software delivery speed and collaboration across various teams. Created dashboards using Power BI and Spotfire tools to analyze application usage logs; operational support issue trends for leadership team. Developed application startup templates for Dot Net Apps and Mendix Apps, which improved application development time by 75%.
