Conducting Quarterly Supplier Meet for low performing supplier and monitoring Effectiveness. Conducting the process Audits at supplier facility Preparing the Quality plan in SAP System for new part, enter the special characteristics and maintain all documentation till the part transfer to production ). Problem Solving using 8D methodology Conducting the meeting with supplier for Daily Non Conformances, follow-ups for the corrective actions, documented the corrective actions and prevent to recurrence. Verify Supplier Change request, conducting meeting with cross functional team and approve the Supplier change request. Approving the Deviations request from supplier by coordinating with Designer and supply management team. Follow-ups with Designer, Supplier for Engineering Change and Drawing Change. PPAP and Functional Geometry Review using GD & T Knowledge. Preparation of management Information Report, Aching Excellence report, Process Excellence report for monthly, quarterly and yearly.Experience in Sheet metal, Casting, Forging, Rubber, Plastic commodity
