Providing safe process scale-up and supporting the successful commercialization of processes, minimizing risk and maximizing operational reliability. Delivering thermal and pressure hazard assessments using advanced instrumentations: Thermal Screening Units (TSU, RSD, EsARC) and Reaction Calorimeter (RC1e).Conducting powder safety analysis and part of (DHA) to evaluate ignition sensitivity and explosion severity.Utilizing CRW4, CHETAH, and Oxybalance tools for thermodynamic profiling and reactive chemical screening as well as equipment safety.Participating HAZOP studies and evaluating by using PHA software. Enabling safe commercial-scale implementation by identifying critical process parameters and mitigating runaway risks.Involving in Safety Design Calculations (Vent sizing, Scrubber, PSV, PRV etc using excel tools).Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for developing detailed process safety reports, and technical presentations with clear data visualization, facilitated through fast and accurate typing to ensuring timely and effective communication.
