Source and find candidates qualified for open positions. Reviews employment applications and background check reports. Negotiate and finalize salaries/rates for extended job offers. Offer roll out and constant follow up till the joining of the candidate. Involving in employee induction, joining formalities of new joiner. Communicating with management on daily basis. Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team. Communicating with Placement Coordinator of Colleges, Training Institute for fresher hiring.
