With over thirty years of extensive experience, I have successfully managed large and complex projects encompassing diverse sectors, including civil engineering, public health, nutrition, water, environment and sanitation, hygiene, health system digitization and climate change, both in urban and rural areas across India, Bhutan, and China. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, manage consortium partners including communities, children, civil society organizations, schools, Self-help groups (SHGs), educational and research institutions, municipal bodies, panchayats, government counterparts at all levels, and funding and bi-lateral agencies. My expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, starting from team formation and management, idea incubation, and strategy development, through to policy support, technical assistance, program development, solution-based approach and result oriented delivery. I have delivered in contract management, institutional strengthening, networking, co-ordination, conflict management and the crucial aspects of monitoring and evaluation.
