I worked with Oracle over a decade (2007 -17) as APAC Business Practices Director / Contracts Director where I was instrumental in structuring, approving & negotiating hundreds of complex deal for licensing, hardware and cloud subscriptions including ULAs of all sizes & complexities. I am also a seasoned IT Procurement leader & held leadership role with global companies managing significant spend, designing effective strategies for procurement I delivered significant savings. In 2018 I along with some of the best industry experts founded Rizen Technologies, an advisory firm specialized in software licensing contracts & negotiations, Software Asset Management & IT cost optimization.
