Cloud Engineer Intern @IDeaS Revenue Solutions
MN, US
Designed an AI Agent using Python-based Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that integrates with GitHub API to retrieve internal Terraform modules, enabling Copilot-style auto-suggestions and reducing manual infrastructure coding by 90%.• Deployed a cloud-native custom MCP server with terraform on AWS using ECS, Route 53, API Gateway, Load Balancer, IAM Auth, Redis, and Datadog to enable secure, low-latency code assistance handling 100+ AI code-assist requests daily.• Standardized Dev Containers using Docker, Linux Shell, orchestrated CI/CD GitHub Actions, and YAML to embed reusable tools, streamline builds, and align with production, reducing setup time from 2 days to a few minutes.

ABOUT PRAJWAL UMESHA
I am a Software Engineer and MS in Computer Science candidate at the University of Minnesota, focused on building scalable backend systems, data platforms, and production-grade AI applications. I have hands-on experience designing distributed systems and data pipelines using Python, Spark, Kafka, and cloud technologies across AWS and Azure, working on large-scale systems at Mercedes-Benz R&D and IDeaS.More recently, I have been building agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications, including deploying AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore with knowledge bases, vector databases, and MCP servers. My work focuses on retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling workflows, prompt engineering, and building reliable AI systems with guardrails, observability, and evaluation pipelines.I am passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of AI and systems engineering, with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and real-world impact. I am particularly interested in roles involving distributed systems, data engineering, and AI platforms where I can build intelligent, production-ready systems.
