I am currently working in Maruti Suzuki as an Assistant Manager in the International Marketing Division in Corporate Head office Delhi. In the past 2.5 years of work experience, I have explored and learned about International Business, strategies used in the different markets as well as learned about Japanese principles to find the Root cause and performing various Kaizens for the efficient transactions. In my functional domain, leveraging my technical and analytical knowledge I was able to understand the problem statement and using the team working, collaboration, negotiation and communication skills was able to formulate the roadmap for the project.
