With a BCA degree in Computer Applications from the University of Mysore, I have a solid foundation in software development and a keen interest in workforce management solutions. I joined Onusworks Software India Pvt. Ltd. in 2022 as a Techno-Functional Consultant for Kronos, a global leader in the field. In my previous role, I collaborated with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide them with effective and efficient solutions using Kronos Central, Dimensions, and Integration Manager. I have gained a decent amount of knowledge in Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD), and I am eager to learn more and upgrade my skills. My core competencies include teamwork, analytical skills, and creative problem solving. I love finding out what customers want and delivering value to them. I am also committed to bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and contributing to the organization\'s culture and goals.I\'m thrilled to share that I\'ve joined Baker Hughes as the UKG PRO WFM System Engineer Specialist effective from December 2024. We\'ve achieved a significant milestone of - successfully migrating from WFC to WFM.In my current role I am working on enhancements and providing day to day support for our in hours employees including the payroll tasks.
