I am a civil engineer with a Masters in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, specializing in Structural Engineering. This educational background provides me with a solid foundation in civil engineering principles. Additionally, I have completed my Master\'s degree in Project Management from the University of the Cumberlands. I am presently working towards achieving my Master\'s degree in MBA from the same university. This diverse educational background gives me a unique perspective and skill set, enabling me to excel in project management and estimating roles.In my current role as Project Manager & Senior Estimator at Dennaoui, Inc, I am responsible for managing insulation and fireproofing projects for commercial clients. I estimate materials, labor, and equipment needed for each task and coordinate with subcontractors and team members to ensure successful project delivery. I have played a significant role in delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.Previously, I worked as a Project Estimator for the Sitework division at Cypress Gulf, Inc. In this role, I organized and tracked invitations both internally and externally. I prepared quantity take-offs and estimated costs of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to fulfill all contract provisions from simple to complex. I also evaluated labor pricing/production for specific projects and locations.Before my role at Cypress Gulf, I worked as a Project Manager, Estimator/ Bid Co‐Ordinator at Commercial Residential Wall Systems, Inc. In this role, I provided guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to resolve difficult and complex estimating problems. I managed drywall material take-off and job execution, developed work plans for subcontractors, and self-performed work.My negotiation skills have been honed through my experience in the construction industry, where I have worked with multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Building solid relationships with these stakeholders is critical to successfully negotiating and closing projects. I have also managed the closeout process, including final inspections, quality control, and documentation.I am confident in my ability to manage projects, estimate costs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with team members to deliver successful projects. My attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks make me an ideal candidate for project management and estimating roles.
