Responsible for handling the full life cycle of Recruitment Process for APAC & Domestic Market (Malaysia & Singapore). Searching suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals, references, professional sites (LinkedIn Premium, Facebook & Whatsapp etc.), Networking, Head hunting and internal database upon the required skill sets.Builds relationships and collaborates with account managers to gain full understanding of hiring needs and guides/manages the recruitment strategies and processes.Reviews and analyzes resumes (and portfolios) for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and organizational fit.Compiles interview comments and feedback; ensures timely and effective communication and follow through with all candidates and team members from point of applicant to employment.Creates and maintains a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for future studio needsAttends recruiting events (industry conferences, university job fairs, etc.) as needed.Maintains candidate database.Banking, BFSI, Insurance & other domain expert.
