Responsibilities- Managing, FTTP/FTTH, CMTS/CATV, and Fibre -OSP Builds Network Expansion Program for Rogers Communication- Administering the successful execution of medium-large projects with high complexity and cross-functional projects simultaneously on-time, within scope, and on budget (up to $5 million) in fluid, fast-paced environment- Based on the project requirements, identify and govern the overall scope, deliverables, and interdependencies to deliver on the project objectives and in-service targets- Expertly manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and control activities to meet budgetary objectives- Building strong collaborative relationships with project sponsors, businesses, vendors, and network stakeholders to successfully deliver project milestones- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including the project charter, project plan, issue and action log, risk management plan, and status reports to the sponsor, project team, and senior management as required- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of all tasks, expenditures, dependencies, and deliverables in compliance with Rogers Technology/Engineering specifications and Statements of Work- Working creatively, collaboratively, and analytically in a problem-solving demonstration, teamwork, innovation, and delivery excellenceKey Accomplishment- Delivered over 10 million CAD FTTP/FTTH/Fibre and wire line projects connecting Canadians with the Rogers network- Developed New Development wire line project end to end process with SMEs
