With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and visionary R&D leader with expertise in advanced vehicles and powertrain systems. Currently, I am the Vice President R&D at Endurance Technologies Ltd, where I lead the Research and Development of innovative and sustainable solutions for Future Mobility. Previously, I was the Head of Central Engineering (R&D) and the General Manager (R&D) at Schaeffler, where I headed the R&D hub for two and three wheelers and contributed to multiple patents and awards for technological excellence. I have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Caterpillar Inc, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Calicut. I also have completed an Advanced Strategic Management course from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. I am driven by the mission of creating value for customers, stakeholders, and society through engineering excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
