I am an MBA (HR) graduate with a strong academic foundation in Biotechnology and a growing specialization in performance management, HR technology, and people strategy.Currently, I work as an HR Generalist at Veersa Technologies, where I partner with managers and employees to build scalable, people-centric HR processes in a fast-paced tech environment.I have owned and automated the complete Performance Management System (PMS) on our HRMS platform - leading the initiative end-to-end from requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment to implementation and rollout, successfully completing the entire process within 30 days.I am presently driving organization-wide goal setting, collaborating with leadership to align individual and team objectives with business goals.
