About Prajna Bhat

I design learning that helps people perform and I care as much about the science behind it as the experience of it. Over 6+ years across Big 4 and high-growth tech, I\'ve taken learning solutions from a blank brief to launch: shaping the approach with stakeholders, leading cross-functional delivery, and owning programs end-to-end. These days I act as an independent point of contact across multiple workstreams, line-managing a small team and supporting the PMO, while staying close to the craft of instructional design. Some of the work I\'m proudest of: revamping an entire onboarding experience that now supports 50+ new joiners a year; designing a large-scale gamified learning program that reached 400+ people with a 4.5/5 rating; and helping shape the operating model and processes for a new vendor-management function. I\'m also part of our Gen AI efforts, exploring how to embed AI into the way we design and build learning and act as an AI-skills enablement partner for the team.Along the way I\'ve worked across professional services, telecom, technology and supply chain, and earlier in my career—clients in automotive, dairy, oil & gas, and apparel. What ties it together is a focus on adoption and impact: getting people to actually use what we build, and making sure it moves the needle on capability, engagement, and retention. I\'m equally at home managing stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and digging into the design detail. I hold an MBA with Distinction and Chartered Manager (CMgr) status with the CMI, and my work has been recognized with a Gold Brandon Hall Excellence Award and several internal awards too. Owned 7+ engagements end-to-end each year — scope, timelines, resourcing, stakeholder relationships, and delivery quality across a concurrent portfolio.2.
