About Prajjwal Kumar
I started with circuits and systems as an electronics engineering student, driven by curiosity about how complex structures function. My shift from B.Tech to UPSC preparation came from a growing interest in policy, governance, and impact beyond technology. Preparing for the Civil Services examination broadened my perspective on institutions and large-scale systems. Along the way, I went on to convert 14 IIMs, 4 IITs, and TISS MumbaiOver time, I realised that systems ultimately succeed or fail because of people - how they think, collaborate, and execute. That insight led me to pursue an M.A. in HRM & LR at TISS Mumbai, where I now explore the intersection of strategy and human behaviour through case competitions, field projects, and research, translating structured thinking into practical, people-centric outcomes.
