As a Contract Associate at UnitedLex, I specialise in end-to-end contract lifecycle management, providing strategic support to high-profile clients across the US, Europe, and Canada. My core responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements — including MSAs, NDAs, Work Orders, Change Orders, Sponsorship Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and Novation Agreements.I collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams and interact daily with Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, and vendor legal teams. I advise stakeholders on key contractual provisions, ensuring clarity, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment with business objectives. My role demands not only legal precision but also commercial awareness and diplomacy — helping clients navigate complex contracting scenarios, such as post-facto contract execution or long-term vendor engagements.Proficient in managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, I maintain organised and auditable contract records, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance. I consistently aim to secure the best possible contractual positions for our clients while maintaining fairness and fostering long-term relationships with counterparties.With a proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset, I strive to deliver excellence in every engagement — bridging the gap between legal rigour and business pragmatism.
