DR AI Triage Lead: Leading AI-driven triage initiatives for the Disaster Recovery organization. I spearheaded the development and execution of an AI Triage Assistant focused on DR, leveraging automation and AI to accelerate root-cause analysis, identify complex failure patterns, and streamline bug resolution across the team.Multi-Tenancy/ Service Providers Solution: Currently, I am acting as a focal QA lead for integrating DR and RBAC in the transition to Projects 2.0 which will be nutanix multi tenancy. resource group service provider solution. Identified and drove the resolution of critical cross-component bugs. I am successfully navigating this architectural shift in parallel with leading V4 API and AI initiatives within DR.V4 API Rollout & Optimization: Lead the Quality and played a critical role in the rollout and GA of the major DR V4 APis Recovery Plans, Recovery Points etc. Which involved API framework adoption, performance validation (ensuring sub-200ms latency baselines), scale testing, and backward compatibility.Multi-Mode Replication: Lead complete quality (functional, system, and scale testing for complex combinations of Sync, NearSync and Async replication) for multimode replication and multi-site DR configurations (up to 4 locations: 1 source + 3 targets). Gave multiple customer demos. This feature served as a critical revenue unlocker by removing major sales hurdles in large enterprise and financial institution accounts, directly addressing showstoppers in competitive bids against Pure Storage and NetApp that required simultaneous NearDR (Metro) and FarDR capabilities on a very tight timeline. Led this highly complex, timeline-intensive initiative in parallel with the other cross org featsSync-Rep & Witness Architecture: Owned and drove the Single PC Witness for AHV Sync-Rep, covering complex disaster scenarios (e.g, dual errors, network partitions between Primary/Secondary/Witness sites, and cross-AZ/self-AZ failovers).
