Monthly Demand Planning ActivitiesCoordinate the activities for the demand planning for the API B2B Sales, & India partnered Formulation Business while maintaining system hygiene and complete the demand planning activities on timeReview the material master for the mentioned markets and highlight deviations to respective demand plannersEnsure forecast upload for markets and highlight key deviationsProvide data and support to Demand Planning Lead on material delays in the dispatch plan vis-à-vis the requirement timeline for communicating to the customerDrive Decision-making procedures for optimum Commitments, delivery timelines, utilization for Capacities and balancing peaks and troughs with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality teams Monthly ExecutionForecast consensus in the beginning of the month with business teams and seek their input on requirements for next 18 months horizonEnsure updation of customer orders before the Scheduled MRP cycle along with Forecast.Maintain and update Open order book and status on regular basis.Prioritize Open orders based on criticalities to market, availability of materials and capacities.Monitor Forecast Accuracy and Fidelity and the change in forecast with due root cause analysis Demand Planning in Pre S & OP & S & OPPrepare and Lead presentations for the mentioned markets in S & OP meetings with detailed analysis of Key Performance metricsDrive decision making for Product commits in S & OP Strategic Long range planningCollate the demand shared by the respective markets for annual budgeting and long range planning processAssess the collated forecast in terms of completeness and accuracy and seek clarifications from markets if requiredCompare the forecast with previous LRP forecasts and current monthly forecast volumes and highlight significant deviations to head demand plannerShare the final validated long range forecast with the head demand planner for sharing with supply planning team for capacity planning exercise
