I support them during POCs by resolving technical queries, assist with onboarding, troubleshoot and resolve issues post-purchase, and engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to ensure continued success.At BrowserStack, this role allows me to deep dive into a variety of frameworks, programming languages, CI/CD pipelines, and browsers, enabling me to provide both technical expertise and strategic guidance to our customers.
