Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for both IT and non-IT roles across various functionsSource candidates through diverse methods, including job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, affiliates, and headhuntingConduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates based on job requirements and skill setsOversee the onboarding process, including offer letter issuance, documentation, and employee inductionMaintain accurate employee records, including submitted documents, increment letters, PF, income tax, attendance, etc.Manage all aspects of Sodexo (meal pass) operations – order new cards, reload balances, resolve queries, and process invoicesSchedule and coordinate interviews across departments and rolesMaintain recruitment data and prepare regular reports for tracking and planningLead salary negotiations with candidates to ensure alignment on compensationManage client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships to support recruitment effortsPrepare and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policy manuals, and SOWsLead and mentor a team of 4 HR/recruitment professionals
