Project- Ankadhal toll plaza Monitoring the Toll Plaza.Check per Day Lane TLC and wiring and connection. Check per day all Lane system and control room system. Check per Day AVC accuracy and send report to manager. Solving the issues/problems at Lane such as any system issue. Daily make a DPR and send to manager. The work of sending daily VRN report and ETC report to plaza head and other senior person. Daily check any pending issue and inform to manager for issue close. Daily check all hardware and any software related issue. Remembering to have a weekly or monthly maintenance. Maintaining Incident Report during shift operation.> Check the AVC Classification.Coordination with senior staff. Daily check server space and maintain the same.Daily all system check firewall status in lane and control room.Weekly and monthly maintenance in server. Daily check all service of server and all lane system and audit system.Any cash-up issue and report issue so rectified. Daily check Earthing and power status in lane and server. Daily check ping in Lane, camera, ETC reader and server.Focus on hardware related issue.
